UPDATED 4/23/12: Wisconsin lost 4,500 jobs in March 2012, according to preliminary data. That includes a loss of 4,300 private sector jobs and a loss of 200 public sector jobs. Meanwhile, the unemployment rate dipped down 0.1 percentage point to 6.8%. This BadgerStat brief provides you with charts and data to help you understand Wisconsin’s jobs trend.

An estimated $19.7 million was spent on Wisconsin Supreme Court elections since 2007, ranging from just above $2 million in 2009 to nearly $6 million in three recent races: 2007, 2008 and 2011.
